Roger advises clients on everything from trade practice compliance and tied-house laws to marketing promotions, events, third-party delivery, and ecommerce. He also handles interstate direct shipping, drafts and negotiates distribution agreements, and manages state and federal licensing. When corporate changes are on the horizon, Roger conducts regulatory due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and restructures. He also represents clients in ABC investigations, administrative actions, and license protest proceedings.
Clients turn to Roger for his sharp insight, practical mindset, and ability to make complex rules feel manageable. Whether he’s guiding a new client through a compliant launch or helping a brand expand across multiple states, Roger brings consistency, focus, and deep regulatory knowledge to the table.

Outside the office, Roger enjoys backpacking, playing golf, and relaxing with his wife and their dog.
